Masalah Psikososial yang Dialami Perawat di Masa Pendemi Covid-19: Systematic Review

Abstract


Pendemi COVID-19 merupakan stresor yang dialami perawat dan berdampak terhadap kesehatan jiwa. Perawat mengalami berbagai masalah psikososial seperti stres, ansietas, depresi, burnout, post traumatic stress disorder dan lainnya. Systematic Review ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi masalah psikososial yang terjadi pada perawat di masa Pendemi COVID-19. Database yang digunakan yaitu Proquest, Science Direct, Google Scholar, JSTOR dan EBSCOhost. Kriteria inklusi dari artikel penelitian adalah berbahasa Inggris, full teks, dipublikasi mulai tahun 2019 sampai dengan 2021 dan dengan desain penelitian crosssectional. Keseluruhan artikel yang didapat diawal pencarian berjumlah 102 artikel dengan rincian artikel yang didapat dari EbscoHost (n=28),  Proquest (n=22),  Science Direct (n=47),  JSTOR (n=0) dan google scholar (n=10).  Setelah dilakukan seleksi berdasarkan kriteria inklusi maka didapatkan  10 artikel dan hanya 8 artikel yang memenuhi kriteria studi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat 3 tema besar yang didapat dari penelusuran artikel yaitu masalah psikososial, faktor risiko dan faktor protektif yang melindungi perawat COVID-19.
