Literature Review: Strategi Koping Mahasiswa Keperawatan dalam Praktik Klinik di Masa Pandemi Covid-19

Abstract
Mahasiswa keperawatan merupakan salah satu kelompok yang merasakan dampak pandemi COVID-19. Mahasiswa cenderung merasakan tantangan dalam situasi klinik, dan menguras emosi selama proses pembelajaran. Dalam menjaga kesehatan mental, mahasiswa memerlukan strategi koping agar masalah selama situasi dalam praktik klinik dapat di atasi dengan baik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi gambaran penggunaan strategi koping pada mahasiswa keperawatan dalam praktik klinik selama pandemi. Metode literature review telah digunakan dalam studi ini dengan menggunakan framework SPIDER dan didapatkan database dari Pubmed, ScienceDirect, Sage, Research Gate, EBSCO, Google Scholar, Garuda dan Neliti dari tahun 2021-2023. Kami menggunakan analisa konten dalam menganalisis artikel. Hasil pemilihan artikel didapatkan 11 artikel diantaranya strategi koping yang digunakan mahasiswa keperawatan dalam menghadapi praktik klinik diantaranya koping transferensi, optimis, pemecahan masalah, koping positif, koping aktif dan koping efektif. Artikel yang melaporkan penggunaan koping dapat digeneralisasikan bahwa mahasiswa cenerung menggunakan koping yang baik selama menghadapi praktik klinik di masa pandemi.
