Faktor Demografi yang Mempengaruhi Burnout pada Perawat Kesehatan Jiwa

Abstract


Kondisi kesehatan jiwa merupakan salah satu hal yang penting bagi perawat kesehatan jiwa di rumah sakit jiwa. Kelelahan mental dapat menjadi salah satu penyebab dari gangguan kesehatan jiwa. Beberapa faktor demografi yang mempengaruhi kelelahan mental antara lain jenis kelmain, usia, Pendidikan, pendapatan, domisil, masa kerja dan area kerja. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah perawat kesehatan jiwa di rumah sakit jiwa di jawa tengah dengan jumlah 131 responden, tidak memiliki riwayat penyakit kronis atau gangguan jiwa, tidak terkena krisis berat seperti kematian orang yang dicintai, perceraian, dan kehilangan harta benda, yang semuanya merupakan faktor stres yang dapat mempengaruhi kinerja dalam waktu 3 bulan. Responden dipilih secara random sampling di seluruh rumah sakit jiwa di Jawa Tengah. Data dikumpulkan melalui google form yang berisi data demografi dan kuisioner burnout dari Maschlah dan diuji menggunakan uji chi-square. Hasil kuesioner menunjukkan bahwa ada hubungan antara jenis kelamin dengan burnout dengan p-value 0,030.
