Analisis Faktor yang Berhubungan dengan Beban Family Caregiver dalam Mengasuh Pasien Skizofrenia

Abstract
Skizofrenia termasuk dalam 15 besar penyakit yang menimbulkan kecacatan di seluruh dunia dengan prevalensi skizofrenia di Jawa Tengah sebanyak 8,7% per 1000 keluarga. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan beban family caregiver dalam mengasuh pasien skizofrenia. Penelitian observasional analitik dengan pendekatan cross sectional dengan sampel family caregiver sebanyak 41 orang di Puskesmas Wonosalam 2 Demak dengan teknik simple random sampling, serta menggunakan kuesioner Zarit Burden Interview yang diuji menggunakan uji product moment dengan nilai cronbach alpha 0,931, yang kemudian diuji dengan uji regresi logistik, uji chi-square, dan uji rank spearman. Hasil peneltian menunjukkan bahwa Jenis kelamin (p=0,033; OR =14,415), Usia (p= 0,008; r= -0,410), Tingkat pendidikan (p= 0,003; r= 0,446), Lama merawat (p= 0,000; r= 0,582), dan Pekerjaan (p= 0,000). Jenis kelamin merupakan faktor yang paling dominan diantara faktor lain yang berhubungan dengan beban family caregiver dalam mengasuh pasien skizofrenia, seorang yang tidak bekerja merasakan beban lebih berat dibandingkan yang bekerja, semakin tua usia semakin kecil beban yang dirasakan, semakin tinggi tingkat pendidikan yang ditempuh semakin tinggi beban yang dirasakan, dan semakin lama waktu merawat pasien, semakin tinggi beban yang dirasakan.
