Faktor Kecemasan Mahasiswa dalam Menjalani Praktek Kerja Lapang Keperawatan di Saat terjadi Bencana Covid-19

Abstract


Kecemasan  merupakan salah satu dampak yang dirasakan mahasiswa yang sedang praktek kerja lapang di rumah sakit dan Puskesmas. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui faktor kecemasan yang meliputi kelelahan kerja, mekanisme koping, dam kualitas tidur. Cross- sectional merupakan desain penelitian ini. Studi ini mendapatkan 373 responden yang dipilih berdasarkan kriteria eksklusi dan inklusi.  Purposive sampling digunakan dalam teknik pengambilan sampel. Data kecemasan diukur dengan Generalized Anxiety Disorder 7‐item scale (GAD-7). Data mekanisme koping diambil dengan kusioner Coping Orientation to Problems Experienced Inventory (Brief-COPE).  Data kualitas tidur diambil dengan Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI). Kelelahan kerja diukur menggunakan kuisioner kelelahan kerja Copenhagen Burnout Inventory (CBI). Regresi linier berganda digunakan dalam analisa statistik penelitian ini yang dilengkapi dengan uji asumsi klasik yang meliputi uji normalitas, uji heteroskedastisitas, uji multikolinearitas, dan uji autokolinearitas. Secara simultan kualitas tidur, mekanisme koping, dan kelelahan kerja  mempengaruhi kecemasan dengan sig <0,05. Dalam penelitian ini sebesar 55,2% kecemasan dipengaruhi oleh kelelahan kerja, mekanisme koping, dan kualitas tidur, sedangkan sisanya ada hal lain yang mempengaruhi yang tidak diteliti di penelitian ini.  Mekanisme koping, kualitas tidur dan kelelahan kerja merupakan faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi munculnya kecemasan, sehingga diperlukan cara untuk mengontrol faktor tersebut.
