Gambaran Perilaku Non-Suicidal Self Injury (NSSI) pada Remaja Di Masa Pandemi: Literature Review

Abstract
Secara alamiah seorang remaja termasuk populasi yang rentan terhadap masalah kesehatan mental termasuk perilaku non-suicidal self-injury (NSSI). Namun, wabah COVID-19 menjadi pemicu untuk masalah peningkatan prevalensi NSSI. Studi ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengidentifikasi gambaran perilaku NSSI pada remaja dengan metode studi literatur yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini, selain itu penelitian menggunakan framework SPIDER dan database yang diperoleh dari Pubmed, ScienceDirect, Sage, Research Gate, EBSCO, Google Scholar, Garuda dan Neliti dari tahun 2021-2023. Kami menggunakan analisis konten dalam menganalisis artikel dan temuan utama dalam studi review ini melaporkan 15 artikel yang didapatkan berasal dari negara maju dan negara berkembang yang terbit dalam 3 tahun terakhir (2021-2023) bahwa sebesar 12% hingga 40% remaja pernah melakukan NSSI. Populasi remaja terbanyak yang mengikuti survey NSSI sebanyak 5854 remaja, dimana laporan penting dari hasil review ini didapatkan bahwa metode NSSI yang paling umum dilakukan remaja adalah mencungkil luka, menggigit sendiri, mencabut rambut, memotong diri sendiri. NSSI lebih banyak terjadi pada kalangan perempuan. Self-Injurious Thoughts and Behaviors Interview (SITBI) menjadi alat ukur yang banyak digunakan dalam mengukur prevalensi NSSI.
