Efektivitas Home Visit dalam Mengurangi Kecemasan Keluarga terhadap Perilaku Kekerasan Pasien dengan Schizoprenia Tak Terinci: Case Report

Abstract


Meningkatnya perawatan kejiwaan di masyarakat telah menyebabkan peningkatan peran pengasuh utama orang dengan penyakit mental. Masalah mental yang sering kita temui adalah skizofrenia yang memiliki beberapa gejala berupa timbulnya gangguan pada emosi, persepsi, gerak, dan perilaku. Pada pasien ini seringkali didapati masalah keperawatan perilaku kekerasan dimana dalam merawat pasien dengan skizofrenia yang mengalami masalah ini membutuhkan kesabaran dalam jangka panjang karena penyakit ini bersifat kronis dan rentan mengalami kekambuhan. Untuk mengetahui efektivitas home visit dalam mengurangi kecemasan pada keluarga yang merawat pasien dengan perilaku kekerasan. Program home visit bertujuan untuk mengurangi perawatan dan memperluas perawatan berbasis komunitas.  Case report dengan 1 orang pasien yang menderita schizophrenia tak terinci dan memiliki perilaku kekerasan. Instrument yang digunakan yaitu Self-Reporting Questionnaire-29. Keluarga pasien dilakukan intervensi home visit yang dilakukan oleh perawat dengan durasi 3 kali dalam seminggu. didapatkan penurunan terhadap keluhan yang dirasakan setelah dilakukan home visit oleh tenaga kesehatan Intervensi berupa kunjungan rumah dengan durasi yang sesuai dan program yang disusun dengan baik terhadap keluarga yang merawat pasien dengan skizofrenia dapat membantu meningkatkan kualitas hidup dan menurunkan kecemasan yang dialami keluarga.
