Waktu Tunggu Pasien Rawat Jalan di RSUD Dr. Adnan WD Kota Payakumbuh

Abstract


Waktu tunggu di unit rawat jalan di rumah sakit di seluruh dunia berbeda. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi karakteristik waktu tunggu pasien rawat jalan di RSUD dr. Adnan WD Kota Payakumbuh. Penelitian kuantitatif ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif. Proporsional stratified random sampling, atau probability sampling, digunakan dalam metode pengambilan sampel. Dalam penelitian ini, 108 sampel diambil. Kriteria inklusi meliputi pasien yang dalam keadaan sadar dan dapat berkomunikasi dengan jelas, berusia lebih atau sama dengan 18 tahun, telah mendapatkan pelayanan di poliklinik rawat jalan setidaknya 2 kali, dan bersedia menjawab pertanyaan tanpa paksaan dari pihak lain. Penelitian dilakukan dari Agustus 2022 hingga Mei 2023. Hasil penelitian ditemukan karakteristik pasien rawat jalan di RSUD dr. Adnan WD Kota Payakumbuh diketahui lebih dari separuhnya berjenis kelamin perempuan sebanyak (69.2%), hampir separuhnya berusia 51-60 tahun sebanyak (46.2%), dan hampir separuhnya memiliki pendidikan SMU sebanyak (41,5%), dan lebih dari separuhnya bekerja sebagai IRT sebanyak (67,7%), lama waktu tunggu di unit rawat jalan RSUD dr. Adnan WD Kota Payakumbuh diketahui bahwa hampir seluruhnya > 60 menit sebesar (88,7%). Kesimpulan: waktu tunggu di unit rawat jalan melebihi Indikator Nasional Mutu Pelayanan Kesehatan yaitu < 60 menit
