Cognitive Behavioral Therapy sebagai Intervensi dalam Mengurangi Gejala Perilaku Kekerasan Pasien dengan Schizoprenia Tak Terinci: Studi Kasus

Abstract


Skizofrenia merupakan salah satu gangguan psikotik yang paling umum ditemukan. Perilaku kekerasan merupakan bentuk perilaku yang umumnya muncul pada pasien dengan skizofenia, kondisi perilaku yang bertujuan untuk mengancam atau melukai seseorang secara fisik atau psikologis. Terapi Perilaku Kognitif menjadi sangat efektif dalam mengatasi gangguan ekspresi marah dan perilaku kekerasan karena dalam terapi ini anggota kelompok belajar strategi dan teknik untuk membantu mengendalikan kemarahan, mengekspresikan kemarahan dengan cara yang sehat, mengubah permusuhan, dan mencegah agresi dan kekerasan  mengetahui dampak cognitive behavioral therapy sebagai intervensi dalam mengurangi gejala perilaku kekerasan pasien dengan schizoprenia tak terinci Metode penyusunan menggunakan case study dengan pre dan post intervensi. Sampel dalam case study ini seorang perempuan dengan diagnose skizofrenia tah terinci yang memiliki perilaku kekerasan dan dirawat di RSJD Dr. Arif Zainudin Surakarta. Instrument yang digunakan yaitu Kuesioner Overt Aggression Scale (OAS)  Pasien diberikan dilakukan intervensi Cognitive Behavioral Therapy dan dzikr dengan durasi 15 menit selama 3 hari. berdasarkan hasil analisis kuesioner didapatkan penurunan skor total perilaku kekerasan setelah diberikan terapi selama 3 hari. Berdasarkan hasil analisis terhadap kuesioner dan hasil studi menunjukan bahwa terapi perilaku kognitif dapat membantu mengendalikan perilaku kekerasan pada pasien dengan skizofrenia.
