Pengaruh Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) pada Remaja yang Mengalami Harga Diri Rendah: A Systematic Review

Abstract


Remaja merupakan kelompok usia yang rentan mengalami masalah kesehatan jiwa. Paparan jangka panjang terhadap stres yang berkaitan dengan bermacam-macam masalah kesehatan jiwa maupun masalah fisiologis pada remaja mampu mendorong rendahnya harga diri pada remaja. Salah satu terapi terapeutik pada harga diri rendah adalah Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh CBT pada harga diri rendah yang dialami oleh remaja. Metode penulisan menggunakan systematic literature review. Artikel didapat dengan pencarian elektronik dari 8 databased jurnal. Kriteria inklusi yang digunakan adalah subjek manusia, berbahasa inggris, dan free fulltext. Artikel yang dianalisis sebanyak 10 artikel. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa intervensi CBT berpengaruh dan efektif meningkatkan harga diri rendah pada remaja baik aibat stressor fisilogis maupun psikologis.
