Hubungan Komunikasi, Kedudukan terhadap Profesional Concept Self Nursing pada Mahasiswa Keperawatan Post Pandemi Covid-19 di Indonesia

Abstract


Masa pandemi Covid-19 menggunakan sistem pembelajaran pembatasan interaksi sosial untuk mengurangi penyebaran di pada mahasiswa keperawatan menyebabkan tahapan dasar pembentukan menyiapan profesional concept self nursing kurang efektif. Tujuan penelitian ini mahasiswa dinilai kemampuan softskill di post pandemic Covid-19 mengenai komunikasi, kedudukan terhadap profesional concept self nursing, Metode penelitian menggunakan cross-sectional. Populasi penelitian adalah mahasiswa keperawatan di Indonesia dengan sample sebanyak465 mahasiswa keperawatan diperoleh secara purposive sampling, yaitu dengan mengambil sampel dari perwakilan Institusi Kesehatan di Indonesia sesuai kriteria inklusi. Analisa data digunakan Spearman-rho. Hasil penelitian didapatkan mayoritas responden mengalami profesional concept self nursing di tingkat cukup sebanyak 51,2%, kemampuan komunikasi di tingkat kurang sebanyak 83.9%, dan kedudukan di tingkat cukup sebanyak 59.8%%. Hasil analisa data didapatkan komunikasi (ρ value = 0.070) memiliki tidak significant, sedangkan kedudukan (ρ value = 0.000) memiliki significant correlation terhadap profesional concept self nursing.
