Efektivitas Terapi Musik sebagai Intervensi Mengontrol Halusinasi Pendengaran: Case Report

Abstract


Peran perawat dalam terapi psikososial pada pasien gangguan jiwa sangat penting. Salah satu terapi psikososial yang digunakan pada pasien dengan halusinasi pendengaran adalah terapi musik. Terapi musik  kemungkinan bisa  menciptakan perubahan dalam perilaku dan suasana hati , mengurangi stres,  dan kecemasan. Tujuan : Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas terapi musik dalam mengendalikan  kekambuhan pada pasien halusinasi dengar pada pasien gangguan jiwa. Metode : Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan pre-experimental before after study. Responden  dalam penelitian ini berjumlah  5 dengan kriteria dewasa, menjalani rawat inap minimal 3 hari, dirawat di ruang sub-acute, dan mempunyai gejala halusinasi dengar. Intervensi yang dilakukan dengan memberikan terapi music klasik dengan durasi 15 menit setiap hari selama satu minggu. Hasil : hasil analisis didapatkan rerata pada kondisi pre test adalah 4.20 (0.837) dan rerata pada post test adalah 2.20 (0.447), hal tersebut menunjukan perbedaan rata-rata responden sebelum dan setelah diberikan intervensi dengan selisih rata-rata sebesar 2.0 dengan tingkat kepercayaan 1.122-2.878. Hasil analisis P-value diperoleh nilai signifikansi 0.003 (<0.05). Kesimpulan : Intervensi berupa terapi musik yang diberikan kepada pasien dengan halusinasi pendengaran dapat secara efektif membantu mengontrol frekuensi halusinasi dengar.
