Gambaran Deteksi Dini Masalah Kesehatan Mental pada Siswi

Abstract


Kesehatan mental merupakan hal penting untuk menjaga keseimbangan kesehatan pada siswa. Kesehatan mental dipengaruhi oleh berbagai faktor yaitu faktor internal dan faktor eksternal. Masalah kesehatan mental yang banyak dialami oleh mahasiswa seperti kecemasan, stres, dan depresi. Tujuan: untuk mengeksplorasi deteksi dini kesehatan mental siswi SMA Plus Kopi Colol berdasarkan kuesioner self-reporting questionnaire. Metode: penelitian ini menggunakan desain deskriptif kuantitatif. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 51 siswi SMA Plus Kopi Colol. Kuesioner yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini self-reporting questionnaire 29. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis univariat. Hasil: hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa sebanyak 47 orang siswi mengalami masalah kesehatan mental emosional (92,16%). Data tersebut menunjukkan bahwa banyak siswi mengalami masalah kesehatan mental. Upaya untuk meningkatkan kesehatan mental diperlukan untuk membangun jiwa yang sehat pada siswi. Program peningkatkan kesehatan mental memerlukan upaya kolaborasi dari berbagai pihak seperti orang tua, guru, dan siswa. Simpulan: Sekolah perlu berkolaborasi dengan tenaga kesehatan untuk menurunkan masalah kesehatan mental pada siswa.
