Faktor Depresi pada Caregiver Lansia

Abstract


Lansia mengalami proses penuaan yang memiliki dampak pada penurunan fungsi tubuh sehingga berakibat pada munculnya masalah kesehatan yang berdampak pada keluarga sebagai caregiver. Tujuan peneliti adalah mengetahui faktor yang berhubungan dengan munculnya masalah depresi pada caregiver lansia di keluarga. Penelitian menggunakan desain diskriptif analitik dengan pendekatan cross-sectional. Penelitian dilakukan pada Maret-Mei 2024 di wilayah Kabupaten Temanggung. Jumlah sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 156 responden, dengan pengambilan menggunakan stratified random sampling. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan DASH 42. Uji hubungan menggunakan uji chi-square dan uji multivariat menggunakan regresi logistik. Hasil depresi pada caregiver tidak memiliki hubungan secara signifikan dengan faktor jenis kelamin (OR=2.012; 95% CI=0.84-4.82;p=0.117), status kesehatan (OR=1.732; 95% CI=0.70-4.27; p=0.233), usia (OR=1.415; 95% CI=0.26-7.65; p=0.687), tetapi ketiga faktor tersebut menjadi faktor risiko terjadinya depresi pada caregiver.
