Abstract


Beberapa tahun terakhir ini, penelitian empiris yang menguji model hubungan kehidupan dalam pekerjaan telah berkembang dengan baik. Sasaran terhadap studi empiris ini adalah mengembangkan suatu pemahaman yang lebih baik tentang keterkaitan antara kehidupan dalam pekerjaan baik kaitannya masalah konflik pekerjaan maupun kelebihan pekerjaan. Empati merupakan salah satu sikap penting dalam asuhan keperawatan yang berfokus kepada pasien karena empati memungkinkan individu untuk memahami maksud orang lain, memprediksi perilaku mereka dan mengalami emosi yang dipicu oleh emosi mereka. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah; mengetahui  pengaruh  konflik pekerjaan perawat terhadap empati dan mengetahui pengaruh  kelebihan peran perawat terhadap empati. Pengumpulan data primer dilakukan melalui: kuesioner, dengan pendekatan Crossexional study. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh perawat rawat inap dan telah bekerja lebih dari 2 tahun di Rumah sakit muhammadiyah PKU Yogjakarta.  Jumlah sampel yang telah dilakukan adalah  sebesar 50 dari 50 kuisioner yang telah didistribusikan ke responden pengujian validitas dan realibilitas indikator/ instrument penelitian dengan  uji CFA dengan analisis menggunakan SEM AMOS 22.00.  Metode pengambilan sampel adalah dengan teknik purposive samping yaitu dengan kriteria perawat rawat inap dan telah bekerja lebih dari 2 tahun.  Tidak  ada pengaruh konflik pekerjaan perawat terhadap empati perawat. Ada pengaruh kelebihan peran perawat terhadap terhadap empati perawat.
