Hubungan antara Post-Traumatic Growth dengan Resiliensi pada Mahasiswa Keperawatan di Masa Pandemi Covid-19

Abstract


Pandemi Covid-19 berdampak bagi mahasiswa keperawatan khususnya terkait aspek psikologis. Dampak psikologis tersebut memberikan tekanan psikologis tersendiri, tetapi juga dapat memberikan timbulnya perubahan yang positif. Perubahan tersebut adalah post-traumatic growth (PTG) dan resiliensi.  Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi hubungan antara PTG dan resiliensi pada mahasiswa keperawatan di masa pandemi Covid-19. Penelitian ini merupakan studi kuantitatif yang menggabungkan desain deskriptif dengan pendekatan survey dan desain korelasional dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 30 mahasiswa keperawatan. Pengambilan data menggunakan kuesioner karakteristik demografi, Post-Traumatic Growth Inventory, dan Connor-Davidson Resilience Scale 10. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif dan uji statistik korelasi Pearson. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa mayoritas responden berusia 18 tahun (56,7%) dan berjenis kelamin perempuan (96,7%) dengan penghasilan keluarga <Rp 4.339.514,00 (53,3%). Selain itu, sebagian besar responden memiliki tingkat PTG tinggi (53,3%) dan tingkat resiliensi yang tinggi (60%). Terdapat hubungan yang lemah antara PTG dengan resiliensi pada mahasiswa keperawatan di masa pandemi Covid-19 (r=0,390; p-value=0,033). PTG dan resiliensi mengacu pada konstruksi yang menghasilkan adaptasi positif sesudah individu mengalami kejadian traumatis.
