Uji Validitas dan Reliabilitas Kuesioner Covid-19–Impact on Quality of Life (COV19-QOL) terhadap Pasien Penyakit Kronis

Abstract
Penyakit kronis menjadi salah satu penyebab kematian dan dapat menurunkan kualitas hidup pasien karena terbatasnya aktivitas. Kualitas hidup berhubungan terhadap biaya pengobatan. Kuesioner Covid-19 impact on quality of life (COV19-QOL) digunakan untuk mengukur kualitas hidup pasien penyakit kronis sebagai parameter dalam penilaian hasil dalam studi farmakoekonomi. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk menguji validitas dan reliabilitas kuesioner COV19-QOL dengan maksud agar kuesioner tersebut dapat di aplikasikan pada pasien penyakit kronis di masa pandemic di Indonesia. Penelitian ini telah dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode observasional deskriptif dengan pendekatan cross sectional sebanyak 30 sampel pasien penyakit kronis yaitu hipertensi dan diabetes mellitus yang memenuhi kriteria inklusi. Penelitian dilakukan di beberapa puskesmas di kota Palembang dengan menggunakan kuesioner COV19-QOL dan data rekam medic pasien. Hasil uji validitas dan reliabilitas dilakukan terhadap 30 responden, di dapat kuisioner valid pada 6 item pertanyaan dengan nilai r hitung >0,361 sedangkan hasil uji reliabilitas didapatkan nilai cronbach alpha 0,77 sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa kuisioner Cov19-QoL valid dan reliable untuk digunakan mengukur kualitas hidup pasien hipertensi dan diabetes mellitus.
