Faktor-faktor yang Mempengaruhi Tingkat Stres Perawat pada Masa Pandemic Covid-19

Abstract
Kasus Covid-19 semakin bertambah terus sehingga petugas kesehatan sebagai petugas terdepan semakin mengalami tekanan karena meningkatnya beban kerja, mengkhawatirkan kesehatan mereka, dan keluarga. Petugas kesehatan berisiko mengalami gangguan psikologis dalam merawat pasien Covid-19 karena perasaan depresi. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui hubungan antara tingkat pendidikan, usia, tingkat pengetahuan terkait Covid-19, jenis kelamin, lama kerja dan asal ruangan bekerja terhadap stress perawat di masa pandemic Covid-19. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Sebagaian besar responden berjenis kelamin perempuan (65,7%), usia antara 31-40 tahun (42,9%), Bekerja di bangsal non COVID-19 (57,1%), pengalaman kerja di atas 5 tahun (34,3%), pendidikan D3 Keperawatan (62,9%) dan sudah pernah mendapatkan sosialisasi COVID-19 (74,3%), sebagaian besar tingkat pengetahuan perawat dalam kategori cukup sebesar 83,4% dan tingkat stress perawat dalam kategori sedang (60%). Tidak ada hubungan signifikan antara jenis kelamin, jenjang pendidikan, asal bangsal, lama tugas dan tingkat pengetahuan terhadap tingkat stress perawat tentang Covid-19.
