Abstract
This experiment was carry out with an aim to analyze of food potency and audibility relating to food security in Central of Java. The result indicated that: (1) Food potency was Dominated by vegetable's food (paddy, corn, soybean, sweet potatoes, sugar and fruit) and animal food (meat, milk, egg and Fish); (2) Food avaibility in Central of Java was sufficient, except soybean, sugar, egg, and milk; (3) Food consumption was completely, except soybean, meat, egg and milk; and (4) Food security was inclined to be decrease from year to year with score index 0.97 to 0.90, although it’s still save for food security.
