Gambaran Kerusakan Mukosa Lambung yang Diinduksi Asetosal (Jumlah Ulkus, Leukosit dan Laju Endap Darah)

Abstract
Latar Belakang: Angka kejadian gastritis di Indonesia adalah 40,8% penyebab tersering adalah konsumsi Obat Anti Inflamasi Non Steroid (OAINS) dalam jangka panjang. Faktor pemicu tukak lambung yaitu sel parietal mensekresi asam hidroklorida kondisi ini bisa berlanjut permeabilitas kapiler meningkat dan perdarahan.
Metode: Penelitian menggunakan eksperimen pra klinik dengan posttest only design. Sampel 11 tikus galur Wistar betina umur 3-4 bulan, berat badan 100-250 gram. Induksi tukak lambung menggunakan asetosal 5% dosis 1500 mg/kg BB. Pemeriksaan leukosit menggunakan automatic hematology analyzer. Pemeriksaan laju endap darah menggunakan metode Westergren. Pemeriksaan makroskopi dengan menghitung jumlah ulkus dan perdarahan pada mukosa lambung.
Hasil: Hasil penelitian menunjukkan kerusakan mukosa lambung dimulai dari hipoksemia, perdarahan dan kemudian terjadi ulkus. Rata-rata kadar leukosit 14.800/cmm dan rata-rata laju endap darah 18.18 mm/jam, rata-rata jumlah perdarahan 2.45. Rata-rata jumlah ulkus 3,55.
Kesimpulan: Induksi Asetosal pada tikus wistar menyebabkan gambaran kerusakan lambung.
