ANALISIS BIBLIOMETRIK DAN KONSEPTUAL PENGEMBANGAN MEDIA PROMOSI KESEHATAN LEPTOSPIROSIS

Abstract


Latar belakang: : Leptospirosis merupakan penyakit zoonosis yang masih menjadi tantangan kesehatan masyarakat, khususnya di wilayah tropis. Media promosi kesehatan berperan penting dalam meningkatkan literasi dan perilaku pencegahan masyarakat terhadap penyakit. Metode: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis tren publikasi, distribusi geografis, sumber publikasi, serta struktur konseptual penelitian mengenai health promotion media dalam konteks leptospirosis melalui pendekatan Systematic Literature Review (SLR) dan analisis bibliometrik. Data diperoleh dari basis data Scopus periode 2019–2026 dengan mengikuti pedoman PRISMA, serta dianalisis menggunakan VOSviewer untuk memetakan jejaring kata kunci.  Hasil: menunjukkan bahwa tren publikasi bersifat fluktuatif dengan puncak produktivitas pada tahun 2024 dan dominasi kontribusi dari Indonesia. Struktur konseptual penelitian berpusat pada hubungan antara health promotion, knowledge, dan educational media, yang menunjukkan bahwa peningkatan pengetahuan masih menjadi luaran utama intervensi. Variabel perubahan perilaku jangka panjang, evaluasi longitudinal, dan integrasi pendekatan One Health masih relatif terbatas dalam literatur. Kesimpulan: Studi ini merekomendasikan pengembangan media promosi kesehatan yang lebih kontekstual, partisipatif, berbasis teknologi, serta berorientasi pada keberlanjutan perubahan perilaku guna mendukung pengendalian leptospirosis secara komprehensif.
