Pengaruh Cairan Intravena Hangat Terhadap Derajat Menggigil Pasien Post Sectio Caesarea Di RS PKU Muhammadiyah Gamping

Abstract


Menggigil merupakan salah satu gejala klinis dari penggunaan anestesi spinal pada pasien yang menjalani bedah sesar. Menggigil sendiri dapat menyebabkan ketidaknyamanan pada pasien selama perawatan serta komplikasi lainnya. Pemberian cairan intravena hangat dapat digunakan sebagai intervensi untuk menangani menggigil pada pasien yang menjalani pembedahan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemberian cairan intravena hangat terhadap derajat menggigil pasien setelah menjalani bedah sesar. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif, Quasy Experimental pretest-posttest with control group design pada pasien rawat inap di Bangsal Firdaus dan menjalani bedah sesar atau SC di RS PKU Muhamamdiyah Gamping,Sleman, DI Yogyakarta. Total sampel sebanyak 120 pasien dengan 60 pasien pada kelompok intervensi dan 60 pasien pada kelompok kontrol. Pengukuran derajat menggigil dilakukan sebanyak 4 kali yaitu 0 menit, 15 menit, 30 menit dan 60 menit. Analisis statistik dilakukan dengan uji komparatif Friedman test dan Kruskall-Walis test dengan signifikansi P<0.05. Kelompok Intervensi yang mendapat tambahan intervensi cairan intravena hangat menunjukkan perubahan dari derajat 3 pada menit 0 sebanyak 4 responden menjadi 0 responden pada menit ke 15, menit 30 dan menit 60. Analisis uji beda derajat menggigil antara kelompok Intervensi dan kelompok kontrol didapatkan nilai P<0.05 yang berarti, terdapat perbedaan derajat menggigil antara kelompok intervensi yang menerima intervensi tambahan cairan intravena hangat dibandingkan kelompok kontrol yang mendapatkan intervensi sesuai protokol rumah sakit. Pemberian cairan intravena hangat terbukti signifikan menurunkan derajat menggigil pasien pada kelompok intervensi.
