Penerapan blanket warmer untuk mendukung termoregulasi selama fase intraoperatif pada pasien yang menjalani RIRS di instalasi bedah sentral

Abstract


Pembedahan dengan anestesi umum berisiko disertai penurunan suhu tubuh akibat gangguan termoregulasi dan paparan lingkungan ruang operasi. Studi kasus ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan perubahan suhu tubuh dan intensitas menggigil selama penerapan blanket warmer pada tiga subjek yang menjalani RIRS dengan anestesi umum di Instalasi Bedah Sentral RS Roemani Muhammadiyah Semarang. Blanket warmer digunakan selama intraoperatif dan pemantauan dilakukan setiap 15 menit selama 105 menit. Berdasarkan data yang dilaporkan, suhu tubuh meningkat dan skor shivering menurun pada seluruh subjek: Subjek 1 dari 35,0°C/skor 3 menjadi 36,2°C/skor 1; Subjek 2 dari 35,2°C/skor 3 menjadi 36,5°C/skor 0; dan Subjek 3 dari 35,2°C/skor 3 menjadi 36,3°C/skor 1. Temuan ini menunjukkan perbaikan termoregulasi selama penggunaan blanket warmer pada ketiga kasus. Karena desain studi kasus tanpa kelompok pembanding dan adanya faktor perioperatif lain yang dapat memengaruhi suhu tubuh, hasil ini tidak dapat menetapkan efektivitas kausal. Blanket warmer dapat dipertimbangkan sebagai bagian dari manajemen termal perioperatif sesuai protokol dan pemantauan klinis.
