Gambaran Kebahagiaan Pada Mahasiswa Keperawatan

Abstract


Kebahagiaan menjadi hal penting dalam pengembangan mahasiswa keperawatan sebagai perawat masa depan. Mahasiswa keperawatan yang menjalani kehidupan perkuliahan dengan bahagia cenderung lebih mampu berkembang dengan baik, produktif, dan sukses dalam studi akademik dan klinis. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggambarkan kebahagiaan pada mahasiswa Fakultas Keperawatan Universitas Padjadjaran. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kuantitatif. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah Oxford Happiness Questionnaire (OHQ) dengan analisis data deskriptif menggunakan nilai numerik. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa aktif angkatan 2016, 2017, 2018, dan 2019 Fakultas Keperawatan Universitas Padjadjaran Kampus Jatinangor, Garut dan Pangandaran berjumlah 960 mahasiswa. Teknik sampling menggunakan cluster sampling sehingga didapatkan sampel 283 responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan secara keseluruhan gambaran kebahagiaan mahasiswa Fakultas Keperawatan Universitas Padjadjaran cenderung bahagia. Hal tersebut tercermin dari nilai rata-rata 126,71 ± 12,53 sudah berada di atas nilai titik tengah (101,50). Berdasarkan angkatan, angkatan 2019 memiliki nilai rata-rata tertinggi 133,55 ± 11,11 dan angkatan 2016 memiliki nilai rata-rata terendah 122,51 ± 11,89. Berdasarkan wilayah, Jatinangor memiliki nilai rata-rata tertinggi 127,52 ± 13,75 dan Pangandaran memiliki nilai rata-rata terendah 124,30 ± 10,24.
