Efektivitas Murottal Ar- Rahman terhadap Penurunan Tingkat Kecemasan Mahasiswa Keperawatan dalam Menghadapi OSCE

Abstract


Objective Structured Clinical Examintion merupakan metode penilaian keterampilan klinik mahasiswa yang memiliki keandalan, validitas, dan objektivitas yang relatif tinggi, namun kadang menyebabkan kecemasan pada mahasiswa. Kecemasan yang dialami mahasiswa saat OSCE akan berdampak pada performa dalam melakukan demonstrasi keterampilan. Maka perlu sebuah upaya untuk mengendalikan kecemasan agar performa mahasiswa bisa maksimal saat OSCE. Salah satu upaya yang bisa dilakukan adalah dengan menggunakan terapi murotal. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui efektivitas murottal Ar Rahman terhadap penurunan kecemasan mahasiswa dalam menghadapi OSCE. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain quasy-eksperimen dengan pendekatan pre-post test control group design. Populasi penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa keperawatan tahun kedua, Jumlah responden 32 mahasiswa diambil dengan tekhnik simple random sampling. Instrumen menggunakan Anxiety Inventory Atau TAI-G yang sebelumnya telah teruji validitas dan reliabilitasnya.  Analisis data menggunakan uji parametrik T-Test. Hasil analisis menunjukan bahwa terdapat penurunan nilai pre post  yang signifikan pada kelompok intervensi dengan nilai p-value< 0.001 dan terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan nilai delta kelompok kontrol dan intervensi  dengan nilai p-value 0.001.  Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa terapi murotal efektif dalam menurunkan tingkat kecemasan  mahasiswa keperawatan dalam menghadapi ujian kususnya OSCE.
