Jurnal Statistika [ISSN 2338-3216 (Print); 2528-1070 (Online)] publishes original research articles and critical review articles in statistical theory, statistical inference, methodology, computation, and modeling. The journal welcomes contributions in areas such as multivariate and categorical statistics, nonparametric methods, survival analysis, time-series analysis, spatial and spatio-temporal statistics, sampling, small-area estimation, experimental design, quality control, statistical learning, and probabilistic or hybrid models. Applied studies are considered when statistical methods are central to the research and are appropriately justified, rigorously applied, and clearly interpreted, with a contribution or insight beyond routine analysis, software output, or a local case description. Critical reviews should explain their search strategy, source selection, and approach to analysis and synthesis. Jurnal Statistika is a peer-reviewed journal published twice a year by Universitas Muhammadiyah Semarang.
