Journal Publication Fee Policy

This journal implements the following publication fee policy:

  • Article Submission Fee: Rp. 0,00 (IDR)
  • Authors are not required to pay the article submission fee.

Please note, in Vol 6. No. 1 March 2025 will set the APC below.

Article Processing Charges (APCs) / Article Publication Fee:

The Article Processing Charges (APCs) for national authors are Rp. 500.000,00 (IDR). However, if the article involves collaboration with international authors, the publication fee will be waived, even if the main or corresponding author is a national contributor to the research and writing of the article. This policy was designed to encourage international collaboration and broaden the scope of research published in the journal. Please note that a fee waiver for articles with international collaborators is only applicable until Volume 6, Number 2, 2024.

Fast-Track Publication: Rp. 1.000.000,00 (IDR) By paying this fee, the review process, editorial decision, and author notification for the manuscript will be completed within 4 weeks. The article publication fee is used to support the cost of wide-open access dissemination of research results, management, and editing of submitted manuscripts, as well as the general management and publication of the journal.

Therefore, authors or their institutions are requested to pay publication fees for each accepted article. This fee covers the following:

  1. Standard for the first eight (8) pages of the manuscript. For every additional page, an extra fee of 20-USD / 200.000,00 IDR per page will be charged.
  2. DOI registration for each paper.
  3. We checked the article similarity using Turnitin. The final results will be sent to the authors (upon request). Layout editing according to the template and journal standards.

A reduction or waiver of the publication fee may be granted by the editor in cases of lack of funding, excessive length of a submitted manuscript, or other reasonable reasons provided by the author during submission. The author must clearly state the request for a fee waiver in the comments to the Editor box during article submission. The fee waiver request is most likely to be denied if it is not submitted at this stage. The fee waiver will not affect the review results.
