Jurnal Pendidikan Sains Universitas Muhammadiyah Semarang or Jurnal Pendidikan Sains (JPS) (p-ISSN:2339-0786, e-ISSN:2502-1443 ) is an education journal published by Program studi Pendidikan Kimia, Universitas Muhammadiyah Semarang. Jurnal Pendidikan Sains (JPS) was first registered p-ISSN:2339-0786 in 2013. Whereas in 2015 Jurnal Pendidikan Sains (JPS) was registered on e-ISSN:2502-1443. There is a change in the article writing template. It began from volume 9 number 1 Jurnal Pendidikan Sains (JPS) just receive article in english. Jurnal Pendidikan Sains (JPS) is published twice a year, namely in march and october.

This journal is  to provide a forum for the sharing, dissemination and discussion of research, experience and perspectives across a wide range of education, teaching, development, instruction, educational projects and innovations, learning methodologies and new technologies in education and learning. The focus and scope of JPS includes the following topics: Science Education, Chemistry Education, Biology Education, Physics Education, Environmental Education, Educational evaluation and measurement and STEM or STEAM. Editorial board receives the articles from the educators, observers, researchers on natural science education to be published after having tight selection, peer review, and serious editing.

 

The Journal Pendidikan Sains (JPS) is accredited Sinta 3 as written in the Ministry of Research and Technology Decree No. 36/E/KPT/2019.
