Article Processing Charges Policy
Media Keperawatan Indonesia applies a transparent publication administration policy to support editorial management, peer-review coordination, manuscript production, and sustainable open access journal publishing.
Media Keperawatan Indonesia does not charge authors at the manuscript submission stage. Manuscripts submitted to the journal will undergo editorial screening and peer review according to the journal's editorial workflow and publication ethics policy.
Publication-related administrative processes, including Article Processing Charges when applicable, are managed after the manuscript has been formally accepted for publication. Authors will receive appropriate editorial notification and are expected to follow the journal's administrative instructions before the article is published.
The publication administration supports editorial processing, peer-review management, manuscript editing, article layout, online publication, journal website maintenance, digital archiving support, and other publishing-related services required to maintain the quality and sustainability of the journal.
Authors may access the Acceptance Letter service for manuscripts that have been accepted for publication.
Open Document Center Publication Publication FeePublication fee information and related author administration are provided through the MKI Author Document Center.
Open Document Center Payment Payment ConfirmationAuthors can submit payment confirmation for publication-related administration through the designated service.
Open Document Center Receipt APC ReceiptAuthors can access the APC Receipt service after payment confirmation has been processed and verified.
Open Document CenterAcceptance Letter, Publication Fee information, Payment Confirmation, and APC Receipt services are available through the MKI Author Document Center.
Payment Confirmation
Authors who have completed the required publication-related payment process should submit payment confirmation through the MKI Author Document Center. The confirmation will be used for administrative verification by the journal team.
APC Receipt
The APC Receipt service is provided for authors whose payment confirmation has been verified. Receipt requests should follow the information and procedure available in the MKI Author Document Center.
Transparency of Charges
Media Keperawatan Indonesia is committed to transparency in publication-related administration. Authors are encouraged to review the applicable information and follow the procedures provided by the journal before completing any payment-related process.
Waiver or Reduction Request
The journal may consider a waiver or reduction request in special circumstances. Authors who require such consideration should contact the editorial office before completing the publication administration process.
Editorial Independence
Editorial decisions are based on the manuscript's relevance, originality, scientific quality, ethical compliance, and peer-review results. Payment administration does not influence editorial evaluation or acceptance decisions.
Author Responsibility
Authors are responsible for ensuring that all information submitted for publication administration, payment confirmation, and receipt requests is accurate and complete.
